BIO-EARN's
Regional Coordination Office (RCO) is responsible for
the day to day
running of the BIO-EARN Programme. The
regional office has
three members of staff.
The
Inter-University Council of East Africa (IUCEA), on behalf of
the Governing Board, is responsible for financial management,
subcontracting all project partners and hosting the Regional
Coordination Office.
