New Advisors at BIO-EARN On 6 July 2006, BIO-EARN's Governing Board chairperson, appointed nine renowned local and international experts to its new Programme Advisory Committee (PAC). BIO-EARN's new advisors are Professor Andres Binder, Professor Jamidu Y. Katima, Dr Bruno Kubata, Professor Jane Morris, Professor Julius Mwangi, Professor Workner Negatu, Dr Otim-Nape, Dr Gabrielle Persley and Dr Karin Tinderski.   The Programme Advisory Committee will give technical input to the Programme, evaluate the Programme Research Fund project proposals, and advise the Governing Board and Regional Coordination office on various Programme implementation issues.
